Contacts and their capabilities

Contacts allow you to quickly find and exchange messages with other participants of the platform.

How to create or add a contact

STEP 1: Log in to the WEB client of the IVA 360 platform or another application of the platform.

The login details for meet.iva360.ru are the same as for the personal account https://lk.iva360.ru (you need to use the login and password from lk.iva360.ru). You can learn how to log in to the IVA360 platform in this article.

STEP 2: Go to the "Contacts" tab.

STEP 3: Click the green button.

STEP 4: In the pop-up window, you can create a personal contact or add an existing one.

STEP 5: To create a personal contact, click the "Create personal contact" button, then fill in all the necessary fields and click "Create".

STEP 6: To add an existing contact, hover over the contact, and click the "Add to contacts" button.

How to manage contacts

Managing contacts allows you to interact effectively with other participants of the platform: make calls, exchange messages, or plan events. Let's look at all the possibilities step by step.

STEP 2: Open the "Contacts" tab.

STEP 3: Select a contact from the list and click on it.

STEP 4: In the contact information that opens, you can perform the following actions:

  1. Call the contact for an audio call.
  2. Call the contact for a video call.
  3. Go to chat with the contact.
  4. Schedule an event with the selected contact.
  5. Delete the contact if it is no longer needed.
