IVA360 Mail - Settings for Email Clients
IVA360 Mail can be used not only through the web interface, but also in third-party email clients on computers and mobile devices. This allows you to work with email in familiar applications and receive notifications of new emails.
Popular email clients and platforms are supported:
- desktop clients (Outlook, Thunderbird, and others);
- mobile applications on iOS and Android;
- built-in email applications of operating systems.
To work with email, it is necessary to specify the connection type IMAP. IMAP connection allows you to synchronize email between the IVA 360 server and the email client on the computer or mobile device. All emails and folders remain on the server and are displayed the same on all devices.
How to configure your application to work with email
Step 1. Open the settings of the email client
In the selected email application, start adding a new email account and select the IMAP connection type. Or enter the address of your corporate email box.
Step 2. Enter the account details
Enter the data of the corporate email box or the box on the domain iva360-mail.ru:
To connect the email client, the user will need:
- the address of the corporate email box, used as the IMAP username;
- password - provided by the administrator after creating the email box;
- incoming mail server address:
smtp.iva360-mail.ruport587 - outgoing mail server address:
smtp.iva360-mail.ruport587 - enable SSL/TLS encryption method

If the settings data is not displayed, enable the advanced settings mode.
Step 3. Complete the setup
After saving the email client settings, the client will perform a connection check. If the check is successful, the email will be available for work.
If the connection fails, check the correctness of the entered parameters or contact the administrator.
