Extending tariff capabilities with modules
The IVA 360 platform has the ability to enhance active tariff plans with modules.
By using modules, you can flexibly adapt the platform to the tasks of your organization without switching to a higher tariff plan. You can connect only the features that are really needed: enhance support during important events, conduct multiple events simultaneously, increase limits, use a corporate messenger, connect AI tools, expand storage, and much more. This approach helps effectively manage resources, connect only the necessary functionality, and be prepared for any work scenarios.
Module "Online Event Support"
About the module
This is an additional service that provides you with a dedicated support team on the day of an important online event (webinar, conference, presentation). We solve participants' technical issues promptly so you can focus on content and speakers.
When it's needed
If you are hosting a large or critical event where uninterrupted platform operation and prompt assistance to participants are crucial.
Module "Parallel Events"
About the module
This extension of your tariff allows you to conduct multiple online events simultaneously (for example, two webinars or conferences at the same time) within your organization. Each event is completely independent: with its own settings, participant links, hosts, and analytics.
Main condition
The module only works in conjunction with the basic "Company" module, which creates your organizational structure.
Module "Tariff Extensions"
About the module
This service option allows you to temporarily "boost" your current tariff to the capabilities of the next, more powerful tariff plan. You get increased limits and extended functionality for exactly one calendar day.
When it's needed
An ideal solution when you are hosting an event that exceeds the usual limits of your tariff in terms of participants or requires features only available in a higher version.
Module "Video Speakers"
About the module
This extension of your tariff increases the basic limit on the number of speakers who can simultaneously broadcast video from their camera during the event. The module is active for the entire duration of your tariff.
When it's needed
If your events regularly involve more speakers, experts, or moderators than the standard limit of your tariff allows, and it is important for all of them to be able to include video.
Module "Company" (Corporate Messenger)
About the module
This extension of your tariff turns your account into a full-fledged corporate workspace. The module allows you to register employees on the platform, organize them into the company structure, and use the built-in secure messenger for communication in personal and group chats.

You create a unified, controlled environment for your team, where you can not only conduct events but also efficiently coordinate work, discuss details, and exchange files.
Module "AI Assistant"
About the module
This extension of your tariff adds artificial intelligence capabilities to your events. The assistant automatically performs three key tasks: synchronous translation, creating a text record of the entire discussion (transcript), and generating structured summaries at the end of the event.

You receive professional linguistic support and automated event documentation, saving time, expanding the audience, and improving communication quality.
General module: "File Storage XX GB - X months"
About the module:
This extension of your tariff allows you to temporarily increase the available storage space for files in the system (e.g., event recordings, presentations, documents) to the volume and duration of your choice.
When it's needed:
If you need to temporarily store a large amount of materials (recordings of a large conference, webinar archives, work files) and the volume of your main tariff is insufficient for this.
