IVA360 Disk and Documents

Overview

IVA360 Disk is a secure cloud storage for files and an online environment for collaborative work with documents. Along with the storage, there is a built-in office editor that allows you to open, create, and edit DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, and other popular formats directly in the browser, without the need to install additional software.

Users can work with files individually or collaboratively, while the administrator controls access rights, quotas, and data security.

Storage Architecture, Access, and Document Editor

The system supports personal user storage and shared organization spaces. For documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, there is a built-in online editor with support for collaborative editing and comments.

The administrator manages:

• availability of personal and shared storage;
• access rules to files and folders;
• the ability to collaboratively edit documents;
• sharing policies within and outside the organization.

Quota and Limit Management

The administrator can assign available disk space for users, departments, and shared folders, as well as monitor resource usage, including document storage and version history.

Shared Folders and Collaborative Work

Shared folders and workspaces allow multiple users to work with files and documents simultaneously. The online editor supports collaborative editing, tracking changes, and comments.

Supported Formats and Editor Functions

The online editor supports basic office formats, including documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. It is possible to create new files, edit uploaded documents, and view them.
